If at first you don’t succeed on the Senate floor, try, try again – by inserting your wishes into the state budget, if you’re co-chairman of the Finance Committee. That’s what Senate Majority Leader Tommy Norment did regarding his opposition to Airbnb, the online marketplace where people rent their homes like hotel rooms. Norment’s move drew criticism from a member of his caucus because it could create a second debate on a bill that already passed….
