The Tennessean – Judge revives Nashville’s Airbnb laws by limiting prior ruling

A judge’s change of heart last week means Metro Nashville can continue enforcing its laws regulating short-term rental properties like Airbnbs. Davidson County Circuit Judge Kelvin Jones previously ruled in October that the law was too vague to be understood by citizens, meaning it was unconstitutional and as a result, unenforceable. Metro continued enforcing the law anyway, while asking Jones to stay his decision so better regulations could be written.
