AUSTIN —Amid the capital city’s feud with Uber and Lyft, another fight over a sharing economy company is taking shape in Austin. A conservative think-tank filed a lawsuit Monday morning against the city over its new short-term rental ordinance. The measure seeks to phase out licenses to properties that lease for less than 30 days, which is often used through sharing platforms like Airbnb and HomeAway….
