Supervisor London Breed isn’t rushing a vote on legislation she recently introduced limiting short-term rentals in private homes to 60 days a year. So far, she has chosen to adhere to a Board of Supervisors rule that says new legislation must sit for 30 days before it goes to committee. As board president, Breed has the power to waive the wait period….
