Legal challenges could stymie a host of new regulations the City of San Francisco has put in place to rein in home sharing companies like Airbnb, the San Francisco Chronicle reports, making a July 27 compliance deadline obsolete. Last week, the city’s Board of Supervisors passed rules that will fine businesses like HomeAway/VRBO, FlipKey and Airbnb that don’t report hosts who aren’t registered with the city….
