More than half the New York City listings on Airbnb’s Web site violate the state’s new law banning ads for short-term rentals, according to an analysis released Friday. The site ValuePenguin.com said 57 percent of the listings in the five boroughs — more than 5,000 homes — are advertising short-term rentals for complete apartments….
