I am writing in support of Assemblywoman Valerie Huttle and her opinion article regarding Airbnb. In my view, Airbnb lets people change what their homes are for. If we allow this to continue without strict rules, and if we incentivize people to make money by turning homes into hotels, what’s to stop people from buying or renting homes just for the purpose of renting them on Airbnb full time?…
