The already heated fight over how to regulate Airbnb and other home-sharing services is taking a detour of sorts through one of the world’s true hot spots: the occupied West Bank area of the Middle East. A coalition of Palestinian and liberal Jewish groups is scheduled to hold protests tomorrow outside the Loop offices of Fidelity Investments, part of what the group says is a “global day of action.”…
