Since the beginning of March, code enforcement officers were on the lookout for those renting out homes without a short-term rental license during the largest festival in Austin. Tuesday morning, the city’s Code Enforcement has released Austin’s “Short term rental” enforcement report during South by Southwest. The report shows during the first week, there was a total of 58 inspections to short term rentals and 4 violations…
