Woodstock — Town officials are enforcing regulations restricting property owners’ ability to rent out their homes on a short-term basis. Those seeking to rent out their Woodstock homes — or parts of them — for less than 30 days at a time must first obtain conditional use approval from town officials, according to both the town and village zoning regulations….
