After a terrible experience renting his apartment out via Airbnb, one New York City man is trying to help limit these terrible experiences. Ari Teman rented out his Chelsea studio two years ago, only to find it trashed (even his furniture was tossed in a back alley) so that the space could be used for an orgy. He said there were men lined up at the door. Now, according to the New York Daily News, he’s set up a website – SubletSpy.com – to help landlords find illegal listings on sites like Airbnb and Craigslist….
