While some West Lake Hills residents support regulated short-term rentals, other residents neighboring certain high-traffic rentals have horror stories – parties raging down the street late into the night, residential streets packed with cars, strangers wandering onto residents’ lawns or even knocking on their doors. The City Council has heard these stories and more at several meetings since October, and at the Feb. 10 meeting, resident Ellen Kreitler characterized her experience with a nearby short-term rental in a single sentence….
